This is a great apartment in a great neighborhood. The super (Diego) and the building's staff maintain the building in great condition (far better shape than anywhere else I've lived in NYC over the past decade).
The unit has windows facing 2 directions: North and West. The apartment's substantial light mostly comes in through the west facing windows. And the apartment's long views are through the north windows.
I've had a wonderful 2 years here, and I'm only leaving to go to school out of state.
