The apt has an open-concept floor plan, and it has a dishwasher, washer/ dryer, and beautiful views of the city and ocean, with ample closet space. You can even enjoy the views while laying in bed, lounging on the couch, working from home, or having dinner.
Urby is a luxury building on the water, very close to the Staten Island Ferry. This building is awesome and filled with some very cool people. The heated swimming pool just opened outside. The gym is state of the art too, and there's street and garage parking available, a great coffee shop, a spa, and plenty of nice restaurants all in the same complex.
