Beautiful large 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of the Upper West Side. Lots of closet space, new hardwood floors, great light, phenomenal building (helpful doormen, live-in super, accessible rooftop, clean laundry room with tons of machines, gym, right next to 1/2/3 subway). You are just a few minutes walk to both Central Park and Riverside park as well!

I am only leaving because I moved out of New York City; otherwise I would have stayed!

My current lease is up on July 31st, 2021. Because it is a condo building and there is a bit of an approval process, getting a subletter does not make sense. So the lease is for 15-16 month timeframe that would run through July 31, 2022, available immediately.

Incentives

I would cover half of the non-refundable move-in fees for the building (~$1300) as well as 1 month of rent if the lease starts by May 1st (for example, if you move in on April 15th, I will pay for your rent from April 15 - May 15). However, if you move in after May 1st, this offer is no longer available (but willing to negotiate some subsidies for the first couple of months until my lease is up)

Additional fee

There is an application process to move into the building that includes showing financials, fees, proof of renters insurance, and a few other things. I can get the full checklist if interested. I will cover the building fees for move-in as an incentive depending on the lease start date.
