My husband & I are unfortunately leaving Manhattan and the beloved apartment we've been in for over 4 years. The apartment has 15+ foot ceilings, making the space feel quite large and open. It has floor-to ceiling north facing windows that let in a ton of natural light (wonderful for all of our plants + working from home!). Downstairs you'll find the kitchen (with a dishwasher and smeg oven) + open living room layout, a hallway utility closet, one bathroom with plenty of storage, and a walk in closet. Upstairs you'll find the lofted bedroom area and another large closet. The building is lovely; we have wonderful 24 hour doormen, a live-in super, two elevators, and laundry located on the sixth floor.

The apartment is located in the Lenox Hill Area of the Upper East Side in the low 60's near 1st Avenue. It's a short walk to the Q/F train at 63rd and 2nd, as well as the NRW/456 trains at 59th Street. Whole Foods is close by at 57th between 2nd & 3rd, and a new Trader Joe's is expected to open under the Queensboro Bridge at 59th street within the next few months!
