Additional fees

In order to get this apartment, you must:

- Provide proof that you earn 40x the rent ($160,000). If you don't meet this requirement, you and a roommate can combine your income to meet the requirement.
- First month's rent required upon move-in
- One-time required broker fee: $5000 (this is 10.4% of annual rent; most places have a flat 15% fee). I know, I hate paying this too, but it's to process the application, draw up the contract, etc.
