She sits in the heart of Soho and Greenwich Village and is walking distance to delicious and affordable restaurants as well as multiple subway lines and friendly neighbors. She is two blocks away from the lovely and mystifying Washing Square park and close to NYU buildings so the area is buzzing with energy and youth. Also, a new gym was just built. I hope you enjoy my building and my roommate, Joey, as much as I do. Joey is very friendly, nice and clean and a great communicator. As well as a phenomenal chef ?
