MAIN BODY:

HELLO EVERYONE! I currently live in a beautiful and spacious, 2 floor, Upper East Side apartment with a backyard. I’m a 27-year-old post-grad professional living with my boyfriend and our Shepherd Husky mix. We’re looking for 1 new roommates to join our chill and fun-loving crew coming April 1, 2021.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT: YOUR ROOM
When you walk in you’ll be joined by a massive livingroom accompanied by a spacious and newly redone kitchen-dining room. Venturing in further, you’ll find your bedroom. This bedroom is newly redone and comes with a bed, frame, and storage. All furniture you see in the picture featured will be there on move-in. Unlike the other rooms, this room also comes with ample shelving and a closet. Not to mention the two large windows that make your room glow with the sun’s rays. You can also access the backyard via fire escape accessible through your large window.

LIVINGROOM & BATHROOM & KITCHEN:
The bathroom is located in the kitchen. The kitchen has been newly redone and comes with all new appliance and cupboards. The livingroom is large and cozy featuring a large and comfy wrap-around sofa. Across the wall lies large windows which brings in light and brightens up the area.

THE LOWER LEVEL:
If you go downstairs, it’ll lead you to two bedrooms, a closet, and a boiler room. We use the boiler room as a place for extra storage if it cannot fit in your room, but we doubt you’ll need more room as the bedrooms and shared spaces are large enough. You will also have access to our backyard that is only allowed for roommates living in our own apartment (not the entire complex). It’s so perfect for hosting little parties, grilling out on a summer day, or just relaxing on the comfy hammock but we guarantee you can do so much more with it.

We cannot house more pets because our pup can get aggressive towards other pups & kittties, however, if you want to bring in your fish or other types of TINY animals, that is fine (we can discuss which types of pets are acceptable in the apartment if you would like). He is extremely friendly and has never been anything but a mush towards people. He just doesn’t get along with other dogs unless their little.

ABOUT THE AREA:
It is located in an area that keeps the charm of a quiet upper east side neighborhood right next to CENTRAL PARK! It is extremely safe living here and is extremely family oriented, But we have an amazing night life right around the corner. We are in very close proximity to 3 subway stations (literally a 30 second walk), Q-line is right outside the front door, and the 6 trains are a block and another 2 blocks away. There are multiple pharmacies and groceries stores nearby.

If you venture out by foot, you’ll find many retail chains such as Sephora, Best Buy. Banana Republic, and so many more. There is a laundromat, parking garages, post offices, parks, Metropolitan Hospital, McDonalds, Rite Aid, dollar store and much more all around the corner. Everything is very accessible and never too far away by foot. On each corner you’ll find a multitude of bars and restaurants each with their own unique flare and outdoor seating.

ROOMMATE DYNAMICS:
We love to find people who share the same mindset as us! We are very friendly, clean, and accepting individuals. We are respectful of boundaries and love to keep to apartment as clean as possible and expect you to do the same. There’s not much to it other than respecting the people around you and their belongings. We have a very relaxed and personable atmosphere and we would love getting to know you!

LEASE REQS:
Move-in is April 1st, one year lease. $1067 plus utilities per bedroom. Security for one month is required.
