Hello! This is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath duplex in Harlem. The ground floor consists of two living spaces, a full bath, and a very large kitchen with a 6 burner viking stove. The kitchen has a dishwasher and lots of cabinet space. I currently use one living space as a living room and the other as a dining room and office.

The upstairs has the two bedrooms and another full bath. The large bedroom has a walk-in close and can fit a king sized bed. The bathroom is an ensuite with another entry from the hallway to allow others to use the bathroom. The second bedroom I currently use as a yoga/dance studio but has two closets and can fit a queen sized bed. There is also a washer and dryer downstairs in the basement. Full disclosure it's an unfinished basement so its kind of scary at least to me.

Additional fee

You will need to pay a security deposit of one month's rent (3,200) and the first month's rent. You will also need to sign a rental agreement and sublease.

Other info

If you take over the lease it will need to be furnished but if it is just a sublet it can will be furnished. I would prefer a complete lease takeover.
