Looking for a mid 20's - 30's female to take over my lease (ends June with the option to renew if you decide to stay) and room in a 3 bedroom apartment. I would NEVER leave this apartment if I wasn't moving out of NYC - It is that great. It is located on 92nd between 1st and 2nd; close to 6, 4, 5 trains.

The room is the upstairs in a DUPLEX set-up. Please note there is no door to the upstairs but a curtain is in place at the top of the stairs. You will have your own FULL bathroom, walk-in closet and entrance to your room. ALSO you will have roof deck access off your bedroom where there are 3 grills and chairs for tanning and hanging out in the summer!

The other 2 roommates are female, in their late 20's and working professionals. We are looking for someone who works FT, non-smoker, and isn't a crazy partier. We want someone who is chill, clean, respectful and NORMAL.

Required to move in: $1300 security deposit + first months rent
