Property Details
Sun-drenched studio in Morningside Heights. 1,595/month, utilities included. Taking over the end of my lease, 3/1 through 4/30. (Unfurnished.) You'd have to talk to broker about signing a new lease at that point if you want to stay. You should! It's dope! Two giant, southern exposure windows with ample sills and cute-as-hell foldout shutters. There's a freakin' skylight in the shower/tub! Hardwood floors, non-functional fireplace with baller mantle for trinkets. Renovated immediately prior to my move-in back in April 2017. All appliances work great. Of note: the oven is 'studio sized' so normal baking sheets don't fit. Other than that, the mini kitchen rocks and the fridge is full-size. I'd recommend a little kitchen cart/butcher block if you cook a lot and want decent chopping/prep space. One closet, which was plenty big enough for my goodies and I'll throw in the Ikea cubby thing which fits nicely if you want it. For reference, the bed pictured is a Queen. Block and a half away from 125th St. Station (ACDB), half block from Morningside Park. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Grab your coffee at Double Dutch and your meat from Harlem Shambles! Also, Lolo's Seafood Shack does a kickass lobster roll. I absolutely love/loved this studio and I'm only leaving it to move in with the love of my life. Snag it! Willing to throw in a free extra week at the end of February if that helps with moving in.
