Most of the furniture/art in the common area is available for free with the unit (sectional, console, TV, stools etc.). This bedroom comes mostly unfurnished, there's a built-in closet, a chair and bedside table, however you will need to bring your own bed. The room also has window treatments already installed! More about the building: Located right above the Franklin Ave C train with citibike across the street. Supermarket is on the ground floor of the unit along with a Blink gym (free gym access for all tenants!). The building offers a massive rooftop and patio as well as a movie theater and common area/games room in the basement level. Virtual doorman and package room. The room sublease will be done with building management. Looking for someone to take over this room for March 1st or April 1st (flexible).
