We are relocating to Australia and as such need to reassign our lease which runs until 31 March 2022. We live at One West in a huge 1930 sq ft apt. The open plan lounge and dining gets amazing natural light from the exceptionally high ceilings and oversized windows, and as we are on the building’s corner has great views to the Hudson. Open plan kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms facing east that are roomy and fit king size beds and bunks and a 3rd area that can be used as a bedroom, home office or kids retreat. We have had custom built cupboards made which I am happy to include and can be flexible on move in between 1 Feb and 1 March. The building is great – overlooks battery park and NY harbor, 24 hour concierge, gym included in rent, onsite parking, onsite valet including laundry, drying and housekeeping, laundry on every floor, storage and a superb outdoor terrace . The 4,5, 1, Q, R , A C , J and Z trains are literally moments away as are numerous bus lines. $6400 / month and happy to discuss incentives.
