SPACIOUS living room and kitchen!
My roommate and I can no longer afford this space and need to break our lease. They are an Off-Broadway theater tech and I’m teaching virtually. We have to split up and it sucks, we need someone to take over the lease thru May, and then renew through 2022, or sublease to us until May and then let our Landlord figure it out if you need to bounce. We’ll have to eat the month security anyway which is okay.
My roommate and I split it so the corner room was 1,300 and the smaller room was 1,200
The rooms are on the opposite sides of the apartment from each other so we had no issues with having partners over and privacy.
I can leave the AC units for you!! They work great! Otherwise, I’ll sell them.
On a bright note, this apartment gets great light, especially in the bedrooms, and is a lively neighborhood of families. A lot of Jewish celebrations all year and the music kept our spirits up. Generally quiet at night and on weekends too.
