I'm moving out and looking to sublet my room. It's a spacious room that I was able to fit a full-sized bed, a working desk, a TV stand, and still with space to spare.
My roommate (she/her) is working remotely and the living room, kitchen, bathroom are all shared. There's also a washer/dryer in the building. My roommate is seeking someone who follows COVID restrictions (no large parties/gatherings). She prefers women, queer and/or gender non-conforming folks.
The apartment gets really beautiful sunlight and is only 4 short blocks away from Prospect Ave R train, and 1 avenue away from 5th Ave between Park Slope and Sunset Park, with plenty of shops and food options.
We're hoping to have someone commit from February to end of June.
