The unit has lovely, dark hardwood floors, new appliances, and gets ample light during the day. It is also very quiet and peaceful (I tend to forget that I live in a bustling place like Manhattan). The building is well maintained, has a live-in super, and has several clean washing machines and dryers in the basement.

It's also very accessible and conveniently located -- there is a deli right around the corner, a grocery one street away, and several nice restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries within a two block radius. 23rd St station is also just a 4min walk away.
