I've lived in this beautiful 645 sq ft 1br apartment for almost 4 years now and am looking for someone to take over my lease through 1/31/2022. The apartment is spacious with lots of natural light, a marble bathroom, and was gut renovated in 2017 prior to my move-in. 1 block from Riverbank State Park and the Hudson, with a path along the water for walking, running, biking, etc.

The apartment has plenty of room for furniture + WFH setup (currently we have for 2 people). Bedroom is sized for king size bed, plus room for dresser, chairs, bookshelf, desk, and more. Located on the top floor of a 6 floor building, it has:
-Laundry in basement, laundromat around the corner
-Dishwasher
-Proximity to 1, A, C, B, D trains
-4 large closets- kitchen, hallway, 2 x bedroom
-7 supermarkets in 8 block radius (I prefer SuperFoodtown, personally)
-Live-in super
-Door buzzer goes to your phone
-Riverbank State Park has basketball courts, baseball fields, and plenty of room for picnics
