Start date preferably in January (we are flexible) and the lease goes until April 30th, 2021 with an option to renew. ~600 sq ft (feels much bigger), Hudson River views, good sized balcony, TONS of light, pet friendly, in a full-service doorman building with gym, pool, laundry on every floor. Super friendly and quiet neighbors. We love this apartment but are relocating for work.
