Hi! We are leaving our beautiful 1-bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment and are looking for someone to take over our lease for the 2-3 months remaining, with possibility to renew it (the landlord will propose a lease renewal in mid-April). This is in the Gantry Park Landing building.

My partner and I have enjoyed our time living here, and we think the management that runs the building is one of the best we’ve ever experienced in New York City.
