This is truly an amazing apartment. I’ve been here for 6 years and absolutely love it but unfortunately have to give up this space. Perfect location, huge living area, large separated bedrooms, two bathrooms with double sinks in each, nice kitchen, in an elevator building with laundry in the basement. Each bedroom has a large double closet with storage space above. The management company is responsive and helpful.

This apartment is perfect for four people because everyone truly has their own space. It never felt too crowded or cramped. The living room/kitchen is large and comfortable as well.

The total rent for the apartment is $4880. Utilities typically comes to less than $50 bucks per person each month. This would be a lease takeover. The lease ends 9/15 with the option to resign.

This apartment is in a perfect location. Directly above the express subway ABCD train. 15 min walk from Columbia. Tons of restaurants, stores, gyms and bars in the neighborhood. Close to Morningside Park, Central Park, and St. Nicholas Park.

Truly an amazing apartment- a great place to both have your own space but also a large living area to socialize/relax. It was amazing living here in my 20s with a group of friends! A perfect space for students!
