I have lived here for a year and a half and absolutely love it. I’ve been in New York for almost 9 years and this is the only apartment I have ever loved living in. My roommates are great and one is a great friend of mine. We got the place together, so I know whoever takes this room will love it too. We use to Airbnb one of our rooms before the pandemic and we have superb reviews and are super hosts. I would be glad to share our reviews for reference.
