A large and spacious room with bright light (perfect for plant parents!) in a 2br/1ba apartment in Greenpoint. The room is connected to the other bedroom, but has a separate entrance allowing for the utmost privacy. I personally use the separate entrance to access the rest of the living space and I've never had an issue with it. Gives the feel of a studio apartment without the studio prices ;)

Bedroom will be unfurnished, but I’m willing to sell some furniture if interested. The common space and kitchen are furnished and the location can’t be beat! Kitchen includes a dishwasher.

Heat and hot water included. Utilities (WiFi, electric, and gas) run about $80-100 per month.

2 min walk to the nearest laundromat, 5 minute walk to the G train. Located in between Mccarren Park and McGolrick Park. Roommate is nice and respectful of space. Live-in super and secure building.
