We are moving out of our apartment and need to find someone to sublet it for the month of January or take over a new month to month/longer term lease. Apartment is 1,000 sq ft and true 3 bedroom with 1 full bathroom (has been used as a flex 4 bedroom in the past). Large bedrooms and living area with 12 foot ceilings and a great layout. The location is 31st and Lexington so close proximity to multiple subway lines. Owner is very accommodating and moving beyond Feb 1, you can negotiate with him to sign a short term/month to month or long term lease. Should be available before Jan 1, but we will only charge you for the month of January.

Incentives

Month long lease until January 31st 2015 starting immediately, with the option to move in before 12/31 if needed and will still only charge for the 1 month.

Additional fee

$100 application fee/person. No broker fee though.

Other info

Apartment is 1,000 sq ft. There is the option to continue a month to month lease following January 31, 2015 if he tenant desires, but will discuss this further with landlord.
