Nice sunny room in a 2-bedroom on the UES. Super safe and chill, I've lived here for 4 years and never had any problems. Very close to the 6 and Q trains, Taco Bell on the corner, 24-hour CVS just a block away. The building is a walk-up and we’re on the 5th floor, so it’s great exercise.

Room currently has a twin bed, but def fits a full/queen if you move stuff around a bit (that’s what the previous occupant used to have). There’s also an A/C, dresser, mini fridge, bookcase, some shelves, and the closet has a lot of space, including upper storage shelving. You’re welcome to keep whatever you want. Two windows, so plenty of sunlight.

The apartment has one bathroom and a coat closet that you’d be sharing with one roommate, as well as a small kitchen equipped with a full fridge, gas stove & oven, and spice racks. It's an open living room which also has a big window & window sill. Your roommate is a girl in her mid-20s - quiet, clean, respectful. Utilities run around $100 per month (so ~$50 for each roommate).

About you:
- Preferably female, but will consider men too, 20-40 years old
- Always pays rent on time (by the 25th of each month)
- Doesn't have people over on a regular basis, but once in a while is totally okay. Please nothing too loud beyond 11pm on week nights.
- Cleans whatever mess is made (as in not to leave dirty dishes in sink for days; helps clean shared spaces like bathroom/kitchen, etc)
- No smoking in the apartment.

The common areas are furnished, and the bedroom furniture can be left here for no cost as well if the renter wants it.
