We are looking to sublet our one bedroom, 7th floor apartment with large balcony starting December 1st. It’s located right off Washington Ave. on Prospect/Crown Heights border, near the Brooklyn Museum.
It’s a modern, doorman building, the apartment is on the top floor, facing East with great light and views. It has washer and dryer in the unit and will come partially furnished (negotiable depending on subletters needs). Gym in building and great roof access.
My husband and I will be spending the winter in Vermont and have flexibility of length we can sublet - looking for 4 months minimum. There is also a parking spot available with self-access in and out of the garage.
