Have lived here for 2.5 years and absolutely loved it. Moving only because one roommate is relocating for work (the other staying in NYC). Hoping to pass the apartment along to a set of roommates who will enjoy it as much as we have!

- Walk-up building (2 flights up) with laundry in basement
- Around the corner from the Spring St. CE. Most other trains accessible within a 5-10 min walk (ACE, BDFM, NQR, 1, 6).
- Amazing location for great restaurants and entertainment

We are currently the lease-holders. Our property mgmt company has assigned a broker to the listing, which means there may be a fee involved, however because we'd like to have someone take over the apartment as soon as possible, we are willing to negotiate on this and/or cover part of it. Alternately, we can offer all the current furnishings in the apartment at a steep discount.

Lease is offered either through original lease end (7/31/2015), or a new extended lease (through spring 2016), at the same price ($3695). Good deal for locking in this rate, especially for the longer option.
