Included in rent: wifi, cleaning 1x month and some streaming services on the smart TV. You pay ConEd bill and cable (if you want it). Great building with friendly neighbors. Available starting October 1. First month's rent + $1500 safety deposit needed to move in. Sorry, no pets.

The neighborhood: In the heart of Harlem, steps from the Apollo Theater, one block from the 2/3 line, 1.5 blocks from A/B/C/D. The M60 express bus to Astoria and LGA is a block away. Whole Foods and Starbucks are a block away and Keyfoods grocery store is even closer (they also have great produce!)
