Looking for two people to take over the lease on my awesome 2 bedroom in Little Italy/Chinatown/Nolita area. I’ve been in this apartment about 3 years and it has been an amazing spot, but unfortunately I ran into some financial issues with COVID so I have to leave ?
The apartment is a true two bedroom, with a large living space separating the two rooms. Both rooms are large enough to fit queen beds and have private closets. It has an updated kitchen, hardwood floors, tons of sunlight and is very quiet. There's a bunch of train stations nearby, so here’s a list of ones within walking distance:

I have Nov 1 as a move-in date, but can definitely be a bit flexible since I know it’s a crazy time. I’m so sad to leave this place because it’s been such a great apartment, but I’m hoping I can find two people who love the space as much as I do ?
Reasons for leaving
I lost a lot of money due to COVID and my roommate had to move out so I can no longer afford to live in Manhattan ?
Incentives
Will most likely be getting rid of a lot of the furniture in the apartment, so if there’s anything you want I can leave it behind.
