We are moving and looking to either sublease or have our lease assigned to a new party. We are flexible on price for the sublease as well as whether or not you would like it furnished.

The 30 Washington St building is located in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Dumbo. The building itself is right in front of the Dumbo waterfront and parks. Amenities include a large gym, children's playroom, bike storage and a huge rooftop.

Our apartment is 855 sq feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a full size kitchen, great sized living room and washer dryer in the unit. We currently use the second bedroom as nursery however, it could also be used as a home office.

Our current lease expires on May 31, 2021. The landlord is very flexible on subleases and lease assignments. If you were looking for a lease longer than 12 months they would offer free rent periods as well.
