This is a 2BR apartment in a small building in Prospect Heights on Underhill Ave. at Saint Marks. We are leaving NYC so you would be taking over our current lease starting either February 1 or March 1. The lease runs until August 31, 2015 at which point you would have the option to renew. The apartment has hardwood floors throughout, a recently renovated kitchen with stainless appliances and gas stove, one big bedroom that can comfortably fit a king sized bed, and a smaller room that we currently use as an office/guest room.

This location is an easy walk to all the bars and restaurants in Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, and Park Slope, with access to the 2,3,B,Q,C trains as well as everything at Atlantic Terminal.
