The apartment itself is located right on the waterfront, with South Cove Park and Wagner Park, both with their breathtaking views of the Statue of Liberty and the harbor, as your backyard.

The apartment is filled with natural light due to the large windows & very bright ; a third-party took these pictures and apparently didn’t want to open the blinds (which we traditionally keep open), so it doesn’t quite do it justice :)

I will pay first full month's rent, at which point your rent will increase to $5,025 per month. Rent of $4,606 is net of this incentive ("net effective rent" for 12 months).
