Can sign a distinct 1-year lease starting September 1st; can also take over my lease, which ends May 31st. Well-connected to numerous subway lines, and only a few minutes' walk to the plethora of shops, restaurants, and more on Atlantic Ave, Smith St, and Court St. Also a short walk to the Brooklyn Heights Promenade with the most beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline in the city. Can include some furniture (a couch and a bed) or provide it unfurnished. No broker fee. Income requirement is x40 rent.
