Officially this is a studio, but there is a wall dividing the living space and bedroom, so it has the feel of a junior 1-bed. Great closet space, so it doesn't feel like a cramped studio. It's a very efficient and functional space and is at the back of the building, facing an interior courtyard, so it's very quiet.
Reasons for leaving
Displaced due to COVID, otherwise I would happily stay in this apartment.
