Additional fee

Utilities and contribution to the internet (Verizon Fios) and cleaning services costs are an additional $350/month if occupied by one person, $550 if occupied by two people.

Lease agreement, security deposit ($3100 for 1 or $3300 for 2) + first month ($3100 for 1 or $3300 for 2) required upfront, as well as proof of income (previous year W2 & 3 months of most recent pay stubs).
