Tenant will pay $3300 for remainder of the 3 month lease beginning on 9/1. Although the official lease date begins 9/1, I am happy to pro-rate the lease based on the monthly rent if the tenant would like the flexibility to move in earlier or later than the that. The tenant can move in as early as Aug 20 if need be.

Additional fee

The building standard $1000 Security deposit will be paid upon lease signing over to the current tenant. The apartment will be vacant by 12/20 so I will do my best to get the apartment as close to move-in ready condition as possible prior to their move. This will be returned by the building when the tenant chooses to end the lease barring the apartment is in good condition.

A $20 credit application fee will be paid to the building management team to process the credit fee and official application.

Other info

The renewal price can be renegotiated with the management company when this lease ends on Nov 26. This includes promotional incentives with the option to renew for another 13 months.
