Hi everyone! My girlfriend and I are moving in together and we are looking for someone to take over my lease with the ability to extend it. The studio is in the Upper East Side, below are the details:
- Rent is $1,750
- Move in date is flexible, ideally any time before Sept. 1
- 5 min walk to the Q, F and 6 train
- 10 min walk to the 4, 5, N, R, W
- Awesome location with drop off laundry below the apartment, subways, bars, restaurants and shops
- Great natural light
- Storage space is awesome, there are 2 big closets
- 5th floor walk up, but I promise you get use to it and it’s not that bad
- Land lord is super cool, pets are allowed with their approval (which isn’t an issue)
- Willing to sell any furniture and can send more pictures
