It is close to public transportation, few steps away from MTA Bus stop along with highways, and there is plenty of street parking.
Our current lease expires May of 2021. If qualified you agree to take the apartment as is and will sign a new lease agreement under your name agreeing to pay 1535.21 until May 2021. After that date, you will be given the option to renew the lease for one year and or two year. The apartment is semi furnished and some items are negotiable. It is move in ready.
