Pet-friendly, no-fee apartment. You’ll be starting a new lease once the current tenant, that’s me, moves out. You’ll apply directly to the management company and once approved, your lease will begin the day you move in and ends May 31, 2021, with the option to renew. • Compared to other studios in the building and other buildings nearby, the gross rent of my apartment is currently a few hundred dollars lower. Rent controlled, increases are around $30/year.
• Flexible move in date, can be any day of the month, not restricted to the first day of the month. Super easy move-in, building has truck bays that go directly to the elevator, no on-street parking needed.
• I’m the real tenant, not a real estate agent, and can answer all of your questions about the apartment, building, neighborhood.
• If you’re looking for a slightly shorter lease, there’s only about 10 months left, instead of normal 12.

Pretty easy, $20 per applicant, includes credit check, income verification, bank statements.

Note: You will be taking the apartment in its present condition “as is,” meaning there will be no renovations or changes made to the condition of the apartment. The apartment will not be freshly painted, but it is in excellent condition, and I'm the only one to have ever lived in this apartment.
