Pet-friendly, no-fee apartment. You’ll be starting a new lease once the current tenant, that’s me, moves out. You’ll apply directly to the management company and once approved, your lease will begin the day you move in and ends May 31, 2021, with the option to renew. Property is managed by TF Cornerstone, the nicest and most responsive landlord I’ve had in ten years living in NYC, and they have approved this listing.
• New construction, clean, modern: maple hardwood floors, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, ample cabinets fit everything in your kitchen. Outlets on every wall, in-unit A/C, solar shades, Verizon Fios.
• Thick walls mean you never hear your neighbors.
• Large living space: fits tons of furniture with space to move around, exercise, do yoga, and also features a counter seating area. Square footage, layout, and four closets cannot be beat. I fit all of my clothes inside the larger closet so I don’t have a dresser. Will show you it all on the virtual tour!
• Building amenities: package room, huge card-op laundry room, bike room, roof deck, lounge, workspace, doorman, elevators, doggie day care, kids play room. On-site maintenance makes most repairs the same day or next day.
• At 33 Bond: enter Chelsea Piers gym without leaving the building, get coffee and pastries from Devicion, park in the garage on Schermerhorn St. Citibikes across the street.
• Location: A, C, G subway on the block, five minute walk from 2, 3, 4, 5, B, Q, R trains. Few minutes to shops and restaurants on Atlantic, Smith St, Court Street, Fulton Street, the best grocery stores around: Whole Foods, Brooklyn Fare, Trader Joe’s at DeKalb market. Downtown Brooklyn borders the best brownstone neighborhoods, a few blocks from Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Fort Greene.

• All furniture is available to buy separately or all together, which will be left for you to just move in. Includes a queen sized bed from Article, CB2 bookshelf, Ferm coffee table, Ikea loveseat with two cover options, and more. Everything you see in the photos is available, is my actual furniture.
• Compared to other studios in the building and other buildings nearby, the gross rent of my apartment is currently a few hundred dollars lower. Rent controlled, increases are around $30/year.
• Flexible move in date, can be any day of the month, not restricted to the first day of the month. Super easy move-in, building has truck bays that go directly to the elevator, no on-street parking needed.
• I’m the real tenant, not a real estate agent, and can answer all of your questions about the apartment, building, neighborhood.
• If you’re looking for a slightly shorter lease, there’s only about 10 months left, instead of normal 12.
Additional fee
Pretty easy, $20 per applicant, includes credit check, income verification, bank statements.
Note: You will be taking the apartment in its present condition “as is,” meaning there will be no renovations or changes made to the condition of the apartment. The apartment will not be freshly painted, but it is in excellent condition, and I'm the only one to have ever lived in this apartment.
