Laundry machines are located in several locations of the building, and there is a loading dock and freight elevator down the hall. The building is located 4 blocks from the Montrose L station and a block and a half from the Morgan L train station. The neighborhood is an old manufacturing district, with around 15 other renovated factory buildings in the surrounding area. In these buildings, a plethora of art spaces and galleries host weekly openings and performances. We currently do not permit music rehearsal or pet dogs of any kind in the space.
