Looking for a female working professional to take over my room in a cozy 2BR, 1 Bath apartment on the UES!

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a brownstone walkup.
Rent is $1,208 / month, but you will be expected to contribute to half of the Time Warner and Con Ed bills each month.
The entire apartment is furnished, and my room can come furnished for a negotiable price if you so desire. I have a Queen sized bed, chest of drawer, night stand, coat rack, other possible small items.
The nearest train is the 6th (at 77th) and requires a 10-15 minute walk.

I am looking for someone to move in ASAP though mid January 2015 or February 1 2015 may be OK. The lease is up on 7/31.

Standard NYC credit rules will apply per my landlord including: acceptable credit score, financial reliability to meet rent (or guarantor), and most likely a recommendation from a former landlord if possible.
