My roommate and I are leaving to rent a 3 bedroom with a new roommate. We need someone to take over the lease starting December 1st. The new tenant(s) will sign a new lease with management and work directly with them. If you find the apartment through us you will not have to pay a broker fee.

Washer dryer in unit, exposed brick, dishwasher, hardwood floors, high ceilings, and completely renovated. Bedrooms are are on separate ends of the apartment. Very private and a great share.

Both bedrooms have closets, extra storage space above bathroom, and hall closet. You can fit a queen sized bed in both rooms, however the smaller room fits better with a full sized bed.

Restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, and grocery store around the corner.
