You would be living with two laid back roommates in their late 20s/early 30s who really enjoy this apartment. One works in TV/Film and the other is an Actor/Singer who bartends. Our schedules are pretty opposite of each other and we can go days with out even seeing each other. We enjoy hosting small gatherings and using the communal areas when we can. Looking for someone who doesn't always bring the party home, picks up after themselves in the common areas and treats the apartment with respect and most importantly pays bills and rent on time. Must be LGBT friendly
