Property Details

Looking to sublet a 3-bedroom apartment in the Union Square/Gramercy Park area. The apartment is available July 1-September 30; we can be flexible on move in dates. Apartment will be available for rent through the property manager after September 30 if interested.

The building has an elevator and a live-in super. Trader Joes and Whole Foods are both ~5 min walk. The Union Square subway station is just down the street where you can access the 456LNQRW subways.

All the bedrooms have windows, 2 bedrooms fit queen beds, one fits a full bed and all bedrooms fit a dresser. Air conditioning window units are in each bedroom. We may be able to rent it partially furnished if interested.

Due to the current circumstances, we can arrange a video call to discuss (and subsequent tour of the apartment). Video of apartment available at request.
