Looking to rent one of our bedroom for the Spring 2020 semester. Nice pre-war building with an amazing Hudson River view. Sunsets nightly. Apartment is about 1000 sq ft. Full kitchen for cooking. One bathroom. It's on Riverside Drive at 156th Street in the landmarked Audubon Terrace area. The 1 train is two blocks away so it's a very easy commute to the campus. We will maintain a room but we will not be there 99% of the time. We live upstate and only occasionally come to the city. No smoking please.
