You will have access to a second room, an ideal set-up for someone who would like to maintain separate sleeping/work spaces. Bedroom is located on the other end of apartment to allow more privacy.

**If you are looking for a permanent space, you can rent for now at $1100. Sharing the apt. with only two people is for COVID safety; the fewer the people, the less risk we are exposed to.

The apartment is a high ceiling sun-filled 4-bedroom converted to 3-bedroom in Prospect Lefferts Garden Heights, Brooklyn, NY. This is a private building. You would be living with two other people. Location:
The apartment is in a great location in Prospect Lefferts Garden 2 minutes away from Prospect Park (the best) and the Brooklyn Library. It is super close to many subways including the 2,3,B,Q. And the best part is the privacy and spacious room. There are many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and other amenities within a block or two.
We are looking for:
Someone who is super clean, easy going, and enjoys a quiet home. We do our dishes after the meal and have a weekly chore chart. Queer-friendly a must. Because these are unusual times and we will all likely be spending more time in the apartment then predicted, we are looking for someone who will be thoughtful around personal space. We are sometimes social, but it is always understood if you are not in a social mood.
Rents + Utilities:
Rent is $1100 and includes both rooms. A deposit is also required. Utilities will be split at around $20-50/person/month.
