Additional fee

1. 40x combined income, if using a guarantor that is raised to 80x however we do use an in house method to blend an applicants income with guarantor to lower that at times.
2. Good credit/background check, normally a 680+ credit score.
3. Copy of government-issued photo I.D.
4. Employment verification letter. (On company letterhead, stating position AND salary [plus bonus, if any], with a contact phone number) or if Self-Employed, a letter stating position and income from your Accountant or Lawyer
5. First and signature page of your two most recent Federal 1040 tax forms
6. Copy of two current, consecutive pay stubs
7. Copy of the summary page of your most recent bank statement
8. Proof of any additional income/savings (stocks, bonds, savings, etc…) if applicable
