The monthly rent is $1169, with utilities being about $50 total/month/person. We're near the 2, 3, 4, 5, A and C lines and closeby to Franklin ave with a bunch of shops and restaurants. We really love the area and our roof (see pics below). We have 2 bathrooms, so you'd only be sharing with one of us. Also the room has a spacious closet, but it's not pictured.
