Property Details

This open studio is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful brownstone building. The pre-war building has laundry, a live-in super, keyed entry and a voice intercom. The backdoor opens up to a quiet private back patio that is nestled between buildings that allow tenants to breathe.

The Kitchen

It's fully equipped with microwave and oven. We provide a complete set of dishes, cups, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.

The Bathroom

It has has a shower and bathtub. Clean towels are provided.

Location

This prime area offers endless options of dining, shopping and entertainment. It is steps away from Union Square and Gramercy Park. There are supermarket options such as Whole Foods Market and Trader Joes. New York City’s famous Pommes Frites and Artichoke Basille’s Pizza are right next door. If you are staying during nice weather make sure you stop by the Farmer’s Market that takes place in Union Square Park.

Nearest Transit

The subway’s are easily accessible on Union Square East and E 14th. You will find the 4, 5, 6, L, N, Q and R. The L is also located on E 14th between 3rd and 2nd ave.
