- I share the apt with a female housemate who uses the half of the living room space (divided by a tall closet, and curtains), so females only please.
- 5 min walk to Hudson Yards station (7 train), and 10-15 min walk to Port Authority & Penn Station (123, ACE, NQR, S trains)
