This is a studio sublet for the remainder of my lease from May 1, 2020 through Feb 28, 2021. I have been laid off and plan to move out of the city. The studio is in a luxury building with incredible amenities (The Rheingold Bushwick) and perfect for a single person or a couple. The apt comes fully cleaned out. There is also a 50 sq ft balcony overlooking a large central courtyard. The building amenities include a gym, laundry room, rooftop park, game room, cinema/theater, work from home lounges/rooms, business center, free wi-fi in common areas, etc. The JM or L subway stop is a 7-8 minute walk from the apt or the Z express stop is about 10 minutes and you can get to downtown Manhattan in 15-30 minutes, 40 minutes to Times Square. There is also the option to take over my lease instead of sublet as well as sign a new lease.

This is a sublet to finish my lease as I cannot finish it myself, so I'm offering the rest of May and the amenities membership ($100/month cost) all for free. There is a $20 application fee required by the building management office, and you will be required to sign up for utilities (electricity and/or Internet/cable). The building is pet-friendly and has a dog run.

I'm pretty certain you can renew the lease once it ends if you do the lease assignment, but I do not know the details of that. My lease was originally a 27-month lease with 3 free months, so there may be an option to renew the lease for a free month or receive an amenities discount.
