This is a ~11'x11' room in a 3bR 1 bath on 15th and first in Stuy Town. This room, as you can see, can easily fit a queen bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a book shelf and more. The room is shaped like a mix between the state of Utah and Oklahoma, so no completely rectangular.

There is an awesome kitchen with a 4 burner gas range and a dishwasher. You will also have virtually unlimited cabinet space as the roommates don't cook much. There are also 6 washing machines and dryers in the building so it's super convenient.

You have the closest door to the L train(1st avenue stop) that can take you across town to any other train. This is also located within .2 miles of bars, restaurants, a Duane reade, a CVS, and so much more!!

The roommates are two fun-loving guys in finance in their mid twenties. Everything outside of the bedroom in the pictures is theirs so it will all stay.

The lease is until June and I plan on moving out to my new job in late November so you could likely move in a few days early.
